Almost one week ago, Remedy announced their most anticipated game yet during the annual The Game Awards show; Alan Wake II. Although we’ve suspected Remedy to have been working on Alan Wake II for quite some time now, the announcement still came as a complete surprise. The developers that travelled to The Game Awards in Los Angeles (among which were Sam Lake, Thomas Puha and Kyle Rowley) were not allowed to share pictures of any kind on Social Media. Nor were they allowed to tell people they were travelling there in the first place.
Luckily for us, that trip did not went undocumented. Sam and Thomas specifically recorded footage of their travels and experiences leading up to the announcement. Upon their return in Finland, Remedy’s video editor has put the footage together into one big vlog. The result, which is quite enjoyable, you can watch below. It really shows with how much passion the devs have stepped into this project and that they couldn’t be more excited to finally share it with the world.
