It is no secret Bioware’s latest game, Mass Effect: Andromeda, has received quite some criticism from fans and gaming media alike. Last week PayneReactor already reported the game was getting a mixed reception from media and gamers, with many noting the game was suffering from quite a few bugs and flaws. Today Bioware has released an official statement regarding Mass Effect: Andromeda, acknowledging the studio received quite a bit of feedback and that they will reveal their plans to improve the game soon.
To Our Players
It’s been a week since we officially launched Mass Effect: Andromeda worldwide, and we couldn’t be more excited that our fans are finally experiencing everything we’ve worked so hard to create.
We’ve received quite a bit of feedback, some of it positive and some of it critical. That feedback is an important part of our ongoing support of the game, and we can’t wait to share more of our immediate plans with you on Tuesday, April 4.
In the meantime, keep your feedback coming. Our team is listening, working around the clock to gather information and plan out solutions to improve and build on Mass Effect: Andromeda.
Thanks for your continued support and for joining us on this journey.
I can’t really tell anything about the game from personal opinion yet, as I’ve only played the game for about five hours or so. Although the game doesn’t really seem to capture what made the first three great, I’m willing to delve in a little deeper until I present you my final judgement. So far, I haven’t encountered any bugs or flaws though, the game just feels very flat.
