Gamescom 2017 is happening next week. For a third year in a row PayneReactor, together with our friends from GameGeekz.eu, will attend to Europe’s biggest Gaming convention in Cologne, Germany. Gamescom usually is the place for European gamers and developers to meet and share their upcoming projects or technologies. With the release of the Xbox One X videogame console nearing, Fall period will be important for Microsoft to expose gamers to their new tech.
So it’s of no surprise Microsoft’s presence at Gamescom is heavily noticeable. In a Pre-Gamescom livestream that was broadcasted today, the company announced a list with over 100 game titles that are (to be) optimized to support 4K resolution and HDR on their new console.
Apart from a slew of games that were announced during E3, there are also some older ones. Most notable game would be Quantum Break! The update will make sure fans of the game can experience its visuals on a higher fidelity if they own such television set.
It’s expected more details about the announcement and Xbox One X console will be released in the coming days up to release. Keep checking PayneReactor for interesting developments.
