With less than a month to go, we’re eagerly waiting the moment we can take Control…. and put in our consoles! In the meanwhile, Remedy decided to tease us a little more with the release of a brand new teaser trailer.
The trailer gives us a glimpse of some new locations within The Oldest House and, more importantly, teases bits of the mystery we’re about to uncover. We see a prisoner, presumably Jesse’s long lost brother Dillan, explaining to Jesse he had a dream about the Hiss.
The prisoner is portrayed by Sean Durrie, who you might recognize as Nick Masters (the Taxi Driver) from Quantum Break. Although imprisoned, Dillan doesn’t seem to be bothered about the Hiss’s presence too much. The plot thickens.
In other news, IGN is ending their month of exlusive Control coverage. Today, they’ve released 8 minutes of never-seen-before gameplay from the level ‘ Black Rock Quarry’. According to Remedy’s Head of Communitcation Thomas Puha, it’s riddled with secrets!
Control will release August 27. Just a few more nights!
