Remedy has a long history of creating story-focused action games that grab the attention of gamers worldwide. With Quantum Break, the studio managed to intrigue players by smudging the line between videogames and television. With Control, the Finnish developer once again captivated the minds of gamers around the world by slowly exposing them to a world which seems to test all the rules of science. As the demand to learn more about Control expands, Game Informer stood up to do its part.
Just hours ago the popular videogame magazine revealed their April issue will be dedicated towards Remedy’s newest project. A group of journalists traveled to snowy Espoo to get the scoop. Along with extensive written coverage, the magazine is also planning to release various videoclips containing new gameplay footage, interviews and behind the scenes coverage in the coming weeks. Also revealed is that Control is due for release in the Summer. No exact date is mentioned yet, but we are setting our bets on sometime in August. The Control marketing machine seems to have kicked off and August is the perfect time before attention is snatched away by the more bigger releases. Whenever it comes, we’ll be ready!
