Some interesting news popped up on my radar this morning. Destructoid is reporting, based on a statement posted on a website called “PCGamesN”, that Remedy will reveal P7 at this year’s E3. The whole report is a bit shaky though, as PCGamesN does not reveal nor mentions its source of information. Apparently the game’s publisher, 505 Games, is taking P7 to E3 as part of their line up, giving press the first off-hands (that means no playable build) look at the game. P7 is slated for release on PC, Xbox one and PlayStation 4.
With that being said, earlier this year we learned that Remedy is planning to release P7 sometime in 2019. Since E3 2018 is taking place in June it does seem like a good point in time for a game reveal. This way the marketing machine has more than enough time to gain track and get word of the game out.
Not much else is mentioned regarding Remedy’s new game. Destructoid has contacted 505 Games for confirmation but no response has been received so far. We’ll update this post as news develops. Exciting!
